The working station is a circulation system, which pumps the homogenized coating colours from the storage tanks in the coating colour kitchen through filters in the processing tanks and then to the coating head.
In addition to the filter equipment used to prevent disturbances in the coating strokes, deaeration systems are also used to remove the air and gas bubbles from the coating colour.
Surplus coating colour is fed through cooled return lines back into the processing tanks after passing over the coating head. The working stations are adapted individually and equipped with quality control instruments according to the design of the coating heads.
