See the summary of the annual meeting of the AÖPM members (Austrian Graduate Association of Paper Technology Munich) in the latest issue of “Wochenblatt für Papierfabrikation”).
GAW technologies and AutomationX were the hosts of the event and also among the presenters of the technical lectures. The topics covered automation and process technology for the savings of resources and energy (starch preparation/drying section). Also our guest lecturers from Hamburger Containerboard – Prinzhorn Group in Pitten and Anton Paar enhanced the insights to latest developments in this area.
We additionally visited the bakery Martin Auer that is using AutomationX process control systems. The event closed with a tour through the GAW facilities and the technical center where the participants could take a close look at our rental&trial units (enzymatic starch preparation/filter station/dispersing units etc.).
We very much enjoyed the interesting exchange of information, trends and insights with all the executives from the Austrian and German Paper industry, thank you again to all participants and organizers.
