GAW at the VSP annual meeting at Brigl & Bergmeister

Annual Meeting of the Association of Steyrermuehler Paper Makers 2023:

Last Friday a team from GAW technologies GmbH had the pleasure to participate in the annual meeting of the VSP (Verein Steyrermühler Papiermacher / Association of Steyrermuehler Papermakers). This year the event was hosted by Brigl & Bergmeister GmbH in Niklasdorf / Austria.

Christian Makari and Ewald Harrer from GAW were also among the presenters of technical presenations, highlighting sustainability topics: “Case study of the reduction of freshwater- and energy consumption by recycling of waste-water” and “Cost savings by reducing steam and electricity consumption with the help of innovative automation applications”

The official program ended with a very interesting and insightful tour through the papermill of Brigl & Bergmeister. During this tour all participants were also able to see the coating colour kitchen/preparation from GAW.
