CreaSolv® plastics recycling at the NEFI Technology Talk

NEFI – New Energy for Industry Technology Talk:

End of 2025 at the NEFI – New Energy for Industry Technology Talk in Linz/Austria, the circular economy was highlighted as a key factor in achieving a sustainable industrial transformation.

More than 50 participants discussed how resource efficiency, reuse and new material strategies can already be successfully implemented within the industry today.

Representatives from research, technology development and industry presented concrete applications that demonstrate how circular innovations and approaches are becoming a reality in production processes.

One of the practice-oriented insights presentations was about the plastics recycling CreaSolv®. Alexander Rinderhofer, GAW technologies GmbH, explained how the award-winning dissolution recycling process can bring a new order into chaotic plastic waste streams.

The patented dissolution process is a physical recycling principle that preserves the raw material and keeps the molecular chains of the target polymer unchanged.
